Partnership or Sale of the Product

Visceral Fat Control is considering two options how to proceed with this project:

1. The company would accept partnership proposals to further advance the project resulting in preparation of a human phase 1 trial. The company has the means, through collaboration, to perform the required studies at relatively low cost.

2. The company would also accept proposals to be bought out, with the price matching the research expenses of Visceral Fat Control on the project (about $ 140,00). With the company’s help, that new owner could apply for an international patent based on a recently filed provisional application by Visceral Fat Control (included in the research expenses).

Visceral Fat Control had or still has an extensive network of advisers and science collaborators, none of them having intellectual property rights in Visceral Fat Control’s data, who work in the following institutions:
